Our action plan to promote innovation
At VINCI Construction, innovation forms one of the pillars of our Build Better Together strategic framework and it is our responsibility as an industry leader to improve our practices, develop more sustainable solutions and drive progress in the industry. In the field, any employee may make suggestions, trial ideas, make mistakes and succeed. We believe in “little bigs” – simple ideas that come from the people on the front line that could potentially have a major impact on a wide scale.
To illustrate and encourage this drive for innovation, VINCI Construction holds the Innovation Awards to mobilise all its employees, all throughout the world. In 2024, over 2,750 initiatives born in the field were submitted.
