Innovating to benefit our people

At VINCI Construction, we leverage innovation to benefit our people. We take action to promote greater inclusion, especially of women, who remain under-represented in our industry. For the past several years, we have taken action in a range of areas, including recruiting diversity, mentoring, practising wage equality, and enhancing quality of life at work.

We also innovate to improve safety, make work less arduous, and adapt our training to take account of emerging challenges. Our transformation centres around attracting, training and retaining talent.

Our vision

To tackle the challenges facing the industry, construction must make its professions more appealing. From diversity to safety, the challenges may be considerable...but so are the solutions!

How we take action

At VINCI Construction, innovation gives rise to tangible actions to attract, train and retain the talent of the future.

We invest in digital training (including e-learning and virtual reality), knowledge sharing via collaborative platforms and innovative equipment such as exoskeletons to make certain physical tasks less arduous.

Our practices evolve as well, through actions developed close to the field to address real-world needs. For example, the four-day working week, more flexible work, mentoring programmes, awareness raising campaigns, to mention but a few. These initiatives are intended to promote inclusion and make careers in our business lines more attractive.
