Marketing & Communications Director
Guillaume was born in 1978 and holds a PhD in sociology from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers (Paris). He also studied at the Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay and Nuffield College, Oxford University, and is an associate professor of economic science.
He began his career lecturing at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. From 2003 to 2010, he led a variety of research projects relating to penitentiary systems, psychiatric care and employment policies.
In 2010, he joined the French Prime Minister’s team tasked with supporting reform in the fields of old age and retirement. In 2012, his expertise in forecasts and cross-country comparisons earned him the position of rapporteur in the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health’s task force on adapting the country to its ageing population.
In 2014, he became Studies & Partnerships Director at La Fabrique de la Cité, the think tank on urban transitions set up at VINCI’s initiative.
In 2016, he was appointed Strategic Marketing Director at Eurovia. In that capacity, he led the Sales & Marketing department for France and developed new services and solutions providing substantial added value for all other countries.
In October 2019, he moved to VINCI Construction as Marketing & Communications Director.
