Paris metro, Line 14, France

A northern extension of Line 14 of the Paris metro to facilitate travel in the Paris area

As part of the Grand Paris works programme, a joint venture made up of Spie Batignolles TPCI (lead company), Dodin Campenon Bernard, Chantiers Modernes Construction, Sogea TPI, Botte Fondation (VINCI Construction subsidiaries) and Spie Fondations is working to extend Line 14 of the Paris metro towards the north (works package 3).

The project involves construction of the Clichy-Saint Ouen station in a densely populated urban area, a mechanical ventilation shaft (BAM), an underpinning frame with ground freezing under the RER C tracks without interrupting traffic, a main access with connection to the existing RER C station, a secondary access and pedestrian tunnels. The project is to be completed within a short timeframe by May 2018.
